At On Trail, we are dedicated to getting the best running gear into your hands as efficiently as possible. To ensure we can offer specialized, high-performance gear at a fair price, we utilize a global fulfillment model.
Where do you ship from?
We source our products from premium global partners. While our headquarters is based in the US, our inventory is distributed across several specialized fulfillment centers.
Shipping Timelines
- Order Processing: Most orders are processed and sent to our vendors within 1–3 business days
- Delivery Window: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to arrive at your door
- Last-Mile Delivery: All US orders are delivered via USPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear reaches the US distribution center.
Why 7–14 Days?
By shipping directly from our fulfillment partners to you, we reduce overhead costs and pass those savings directly to our customers. This allows us to offer unique gear that you won't find in big-box stores.
Tracking Your Adventure
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase. A second email with a tracking link will follow once your order is processed.
Please Note: Tracking information can sometimes take 3–5 days to update as the package moves between international and local carriers.

During peak seasons (like December) or high-demand product launches, shipping may take slightly longer due to carrier volume. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your gear to you as fast as possible.
